Also un-edited.... Denfeng City and China, a big change of pace to say the least! I have started training Wushu this week.  It is hard and makes you move in ways I am not used to.  Now I will admit that my Taekwondo training has suffered this last year.  Reasons being my move to Atlanta, and the reasons for the problems I had to deal wit.  For your sake I will spare those details.  I have come to the conclusion that I want martial arts to be more an everyday part of my life, as in every single day.  Not a hobby.  After I graduated and moved, it was hard to make myself train, and stay with everything.  How could this be when I love it so mu

Just posting a silly blog I wrote on the 18 hour flight from LAX to Shanghai!  Oh, and yes it is un-edited! Enjoy Hello! This is a little bit on what may or may lie ahead.  I am trying to keep from fidgeting to much.  I am almost half way into my 12 hour flight.  Or is it 14, I am not sure.  I have a lot of hopes for this trip.  Mostly right now I am trying to imagine how much Shanghai is going to be.  How good are the noodles?  Or better yet the dumplings!  Fried bugs, I can't wait to eat dinner tonight!  I can't believe that I'm leave, or shall I say outside of the USA.  I never thought that I would be in this seat.  Speaking of which th
